Maudsley International helps a wide variety of organisations – governments, health service providers and employers – to improve people’s mental health and wellbeing.

We help our clients to develop and improve the mental health services they provide and the systems within which they operate. This includes designing and delivering capacity building programmes tailored to the specific needs of individual workforces.

We also help our clients take action to improve the mental wellbeing of citizens, service users and employees.

Our staff and associates have extensive experiences of contributing to the development and delivery of mental health policies, strategies, implementation and improvement plans around the world.

Our teams include UK-based clinicians and scientists who are leading experts in their particular field, as well as experienced managers who have developed and improved some of the best NHS services.

We charge a fair rate for the work we do and use any surplus to develop free resources and support initiatives that aim to improve people’s mental health and wellbeing.

Our services are provided by our expert staff, members of our Board and Maudsley International associates – health professionals, managers and researchers who work for South London and Maudsley NHS Foundation Trust (SLaM), the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology & Neuroscience (IoPPN) at King's College London, and other expert organisations. Maudsley International operates independently but works in partnership with both SLaM and the IoPPN.
